Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. Consumer-facing prices include GST where applicable and are shown in AUD.
How does checkout work?
Enter your details on-site. You will see a confirmation that we will email you shortly or that a manager will contact you. No off-site payment redirect is used at this stage.
Can I return personalised items if I change my mind?
Change-of-mind returns are generally not available once production has commenced. Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply for faulty or non-compliant goods.
Do sale items have consumer guarantees?
Yes. A sale price does not remove Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
