Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

AURAVIBE GIFTS AND ACCESSORIES PTY LTD supplies goods with automatic consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees cannot be excluded by our Terms.

When guarantees may apply

• Goods are faulty or unsafe
• Goods are not of acceptable quality
• Goods are significantly different from their description
• Goods are not fit for a disclosed purpose

Remedies

Depending on whether a failure is major or minor, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We will discuss the most suitable remedy with you based on the circumstances.

What we do not say

We do not rely on absolute statements such as “no refunds”, “no refunds on sale items”, or “all sales are final”. Those statements are not compatible with Australian Consumer Law where a consumer guarantee applies.
