Personalisation

Where personalisation is offered, you are responsible for checking spelling and details before ordering. We do not normally accept change-of-mind returns on personalised products once production has commenced. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We are registered for GST.

Payment

Where online payment is not completed on this page, payment arrangements will be confirmed by email or by a manager. We do not store raw card data on this website.

Change of mind returns
